What's the difference between free and paid?

Free keeps one page with photo storage. Paid plans add more pages, storage, video, larger originals, guest upload links, and — on the top plan — a custom domain.

How do guests add their photos?

Share a guest upload link or print the QR code. Guests upload straight from their phones — no account, no app to install.

Can I change or cancel my plan?

Yes — upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime from your studio settings. Changes take effect at the start of the next billing cycle; we never lock you in.

What happens to my photos if I cancel?

Your event stays viewable within the free-tier limits, and you can export every original as a ZIP at any time before you downgrade. Nothing is deleted without warning.

How are payments processed?

Payments are handled securely by NETOPIA Payments. Your card details are entered on their secure page and never touch our servers.
